DuMarche’ Market on Third is a continuation of the revitalization of Third Avenue. Jeff Guthrie with Rock Island Downtown Development, Inc. developed DuMarche’, Market on Third – six live-work new construction artist studios. Located at 2010 Third Avenue, these condominiums are housed in two town house structures connected by a street-like courtyard. The development will incorporate a garage structure on the back of the property to be used as both parking and a shelter for arts and entertainment activities. Units are three-stories and average 1,920 square feet.

College Hill
College Hill is a luxury residential project on the grounds of the former St. Mary's Convent site, on 30th Street between 9th and 10th Avenues. The site is secluded with limited access and will contain pathways in the wooded areas accessible only from the confines of the homeowners' association property. College Hill is near the Augustana College campus, maintaining a quiet peaceful setting on private streets. The development includes 54 duplex cottages and 14 single family homes with ranch, 1 1/2 story, and 2 story customized plans. Highland Place
Highland Place, a residential community located in southwest Rock Island includes a mix of zero lot line villas and single family homes in a wooded setting featuring a pond, park, and walking trail. The new neighborhood is just north of Highland Springs Golf Course and near parks, a branch library, shopping, and other services. Fox Trail is a 32 lot residential subdivision in southwest Rock Island. Located on a 20-acre tract of land, the area is home to new, single family homes.
