Thanks to a tip from a friend, we learned that two city workers found a roll of money while on their refuse collection rounds and the employees tracked down the man who had lost the cash and returned the entire amount... A check with Bob Hawes, public works director, turned up the names of the two men. The employees were Fred Bain, maintenance crew leader in charge of refuse and storm water management, and Bruce Rannow, refuse collector.'It's no big deal,' Mr. Bain said.
