Sunset Park and Marina

Sunset Park and Marina offers some of the best river views around. Launch your boat, take a stroll, bike the trails, have a picnic, or just enjoy the scenery. Discover 250 acres of wooded parkland and trails along the banks of the Mississippi River.

The park and marina are located between 18th and 31st Avenues, near the convergence of the Rock River. The park offers a walking trail around Lake Potter, playgrounds, picnic areas, boat ramps, and a two-story overlook of the Mississippi River.

The marina offers docking space for 465 boats ranging from 16 feet to 60 feet in length. Year-round, summer, and monthly dockage is available in both covered and uncovered slips. Additionally, restrooms, showers, fuel dock, sanitary pump-out, and overnight guest dockage are offered. A public launching ramp for boats is located at the north end.
