About Renaissance Rock Island

• The Development Association of Rock Island or DARI focuses on commercial and industrial development and has a hard-earned reputation for the being the one that gets things done. It leads the development efforts downtown.
• Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation or GROWTH is a joint venture between DARI and the City of Rock Island. GROWTH is responsible for housing, neighborhood, and community marketing programs. Many of its housing programs have become national models.
• The Downtown Rock Island Arts & Entertainment District (The District) markets the downtown and is the producer of unique downtown events.
